Feel Free to Move!

3H Movement believes that human rights are the rights that belong to an individual or group of individuals as a consequence of being human. It has nothing to do where (s)he lives or where (s)he was born.

State, which has monopoly of violence, is an institution which is found by individuals for individuals therefore individuals need to be protected from state.

Civil liberties are freedoms that completely protect the individual from government. Civil liberties set limits for government so that it can not abuse its power and interfere with the lives of its citizens.

Those values can only be protected by the law which is formed by guidance of those values.

We welcome Turkey to reform herself with respect to civil liberties, individual - human rights, rule of law. We also ask her to tolerate the all kind of diversities within Turkey.

Positions

  1. Actual Constitution is product of the 80 coup d'etat, Turkey must adopt a liberal constitution
  2. Civil liberties, individual - human rights are vital and universal necessities for human kind; Government of Turkey needs to respect them without any hierarchies within those values.
  3. Government of Turkey must practice rule of law without any exceptions.
  4. Turkey is a country which has a diverse population. The government must tolerate all of diversities (eg: ethnical, cultural, social and sexual) within the country
  5. Turkey needs an effective free market economy. Statist approach, Byzantium bureaucracy and high taxes obstacle the free market. These three facts must be abolished.
